Anna Paquin

Anna Paquin (born Winnipeg, raised in Wellington) is the name of a Canadian actress. Paquin was born in Winnipeg, raised in Wellington and first made her acting debut in the role of Flora McGrath when she played the character in The Piano. She won an Academy Award at the age of 11 years old for Best Actress Supporting Actress. Anna Paquin's full title is Anna Helene Paquin. Born on July 24, 1982, in Winnipeg Manitoba Canada, she was an Canadian native New Zealand actress. As as a young girl, she was awarded her the Academy Award for best support actress. Her role as the enthusiastic and lively girl of Holly Hunter played in The Piano (1993) was the reason she won the prize.
